The second option is about getting projects back on track. In this program, we will carry out a structured, benefits realisation process that is guaranteed to uncover valuable insights and provide the information you need to make informed decisions. In this option:

• We will carry out a Trust Audit
• We will analyse the data and carry out a workshop to
  • uncover the trust and energy blockers
  • discover new opportunities
  • plan next steps.
