This program builds superior performance by delving into how to apply the theory of InnoWise™ and to practice using the tools we have developed to make using the framework easy.

This 6 month program has a  training focus consisting of a series of classes, workshops and 1 on 1 coaching :

• series of 3 classes and 3 workshops running consecutively, 1 per month
• 3 x 1 hour classes designed to delve into learning all about the InnoWise way:
  • starting with an introduction to the research behind the theory; exploring how it works, how it can be applied
  • working with the knowledge canvas, learn how powerful a tool it can be when planning your next initiative
  • unpacking how to run a critique of an existing project to discover insights into the best way to get it back on track
• 3 x 1.5 hour workshops run the month after each class, to unpack what has been learned and to explore how it has been or could be applied to current projects. We explore 3 phases of the InnoWise process (of your choice)
• we offer 1:1 coaching for 1 hour per month for up to 6 participants exploring components of their choice such as delving deeper into the checklist, the planning or the measures.

This package is limited to a maximum of 20 people at a time.
