When you chose the Superior Teams program, you chose to build awareness of trust to create superior, cohesive, aligned teams:

• Build awareness with lunch n learns – pick from 3 topics
• Undertake a team Trust Audit to unpack any unforeseen trust blockers
• Carry out a team based workshop to analyse the Audit results and plan for a Trusted future together

This program is a taster to raise awareness of what it means to Innovate with trust in mind.

The program takes 4 weeks:

• 1 lunch n learn per week for 3 consecutive weeks
• We carry out an InnoWise™ way process checklist in the first week to gauge where the team is at
• The 2nd week we undertake a Trust audit to start to measure Trust
• In the 4th week, we unpack the results in a Trust workshop to uncover the Trust blockers and develop a plan to move forward.

All for less than $10,000 (excluding expenses).
